What we do?
Asset finance has a key role to play in accelerating decarbonisation. Despite this many companies, specifically SMEs, face significant challenges in raising finance for green & sustainable assets and projects. Our sole focus is on arranging asset finance that supports the transition to net zero including the following sectors:
- Emobility : financing of electric vehicles (cars, vans & buses) and charging infrastructure.
- Green energy: financing of battery storage, solar, ground & air source projects.
- Recycling: financing of waste to energy & green metal plants.
We combine our significant expertise, access to a wide panel of lenders and asset finance solutions (including Hire Purchase, Finance Lease, Operating Lease & Commercial Loan) to meet your specific financing needs for green & sustainable assets/projects.
Currently a number of lenders are accredited under the Recovery Loan Scheme (“RLS”) established by the British Business Bank to provide finance subject to specific eligibility criteria. We would be happy to discuss whether RLS financing may be appropriate for your business.
Who we are?
Stuart Cook is founder and director. Stuart is passionate about the role that asset finance can play in the transition to net zero across the corporate world and specifically in the SME sector.
Stuart is a very experienced asset finance and banking professional having worked for major financial institutions for over 25 years including over 10 years in a senior role at a major European bank co-managing their specialised global asset finance business.
Most recently Stuart was at a private finance house focusing on the green & sustainable sector for SMEs financing a range of assets including electric vehicles, electric charging infrastructure, battery storage & waste recycling.
Stuart is a UK Chartered Accountant (FCA), having worked for one of the “Big 4” firms earlier in his career in London & New York. Stuart is also a member of the Institute of Taxation (ATII) and Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT).
